The Chester Food Assembly with Pen-Y-Lan Pork

The Chester Food Assembly is a weekly pop up local food market based at Telford's Warehouse. Customers order food online at www.foodassembly.com before collecting on a Monday evening. The producers bring along the orders, so that the customers can meet the people behind their food. The producers come from a 60 mile radius of the city, as does most of the produce. You can order everything from local organic veg, to raw local honey, to free range local meat. With over 100 local food items to choose from there is something for everyone.
